Focused on bringing the city closer to its people, STCP highlights urban mobility as an essential part of everyday life, promoting travel that is simpler, more accessible, and more sustainable. Risca Agência Criativa developed the communication campaign that introduced the brand’s new service, allowing passengers to purchase onboard tickets using a bank card.
“Paying is easy. The look… is optional.” This insight transforms the act of traveling into a spontaneous, accessible, modern, and… effortless gesture. The campaign used humor by presenting unusual characters to show that the only thing you really need to ride STCP buses is a bank card.​​​​​​​
The campaign showcases a variety of characters wearing unconventional outfits on the bus: a bride, a clown, a ballerina, a surfer, some tourists, and even a woman in a bathrobe. The point is simple: you no longer need cash or a wallet, just your bank card.
The communication took on a relaxed, humorous, and approachable tone, in tune with the audience’s everyday life. The goal was for the message to make each person feel seen and, above all, understood. This approach reinforced STCP’s image as a modern company, keeping pace with the city and its people.​​​​​​​
